  • 3:00 AM (All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays) Your Role as a Resident Assistant As a Resident Caregiver , you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing compassionate care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, transferring, ambulation, and medication management Encourage resident participation in activities and exercise programs Assist with meal service and dining room setup/cleanup Maintain a safe environment and report any concerns to the care team Complete all required training and documentation in accordance with state regulations
