Home Care Operations Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Home Care Operations Coordinator to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure consistent and reliable client support, adjusting as needed for emergencies or changes in care plans Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and caregivers, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor service delivery to uphold quality standards, resolving any issues or concerns swiftly to maintain client satisfaction Assist with onboarding new caregivers, PCA/ CNA by providing orientation and training on company policies and procedures Maintain accurate records of client information, caregiver assignments, and service logs in compliance with privacy regulations Collaborate with management to develop staffing strategies that meet fluctuating demand and optimize resource allocation Support administrative tasks such as billing, documentation, and reporting to streamline operations and enhance efficiency Supporting MY EVV and general workflow coordination Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare operations, home care coordination, or related fields preferred Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, caregivers, and internal teams Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt to changing circumstances with a positive attitude Knowledge of healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards is a plus Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) required A compassionate mindset combined with energetic enthusiasm for delivering outstanding home care services Join us in creating a supportive environment where compassionate care meets efficient operations!
