Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Personal Care Assistant! Both men and women encouraged to apply. We are looking for fun and caring people that enjoy helping others! You are part detective (figuring out how to make another persons day awesome) and part superstar that knows how to make people smile! We can work around your schedule! All hours available! You will play a vital role in providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals in their own homes. This position allows you to make meaningful difference by assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence. If you are energetic, caring, and eager to support others in a dynamic setting, this role is perfect for you! Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Talk with our clients, encourage activities and get them ready to feel young again! Prepare meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed Do other stuff that helps them live their best life! Some light house keeping may be involved. Requirements Prior experience in home & community care or assisted living environments is highly preferred but not required. Ability to safely perform physical tasks when needed Strong communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and others Experience working with residents who have complex needs or require specialized care plans Compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to patient safety and well-being This role offers an engaging environment where your caregiving skills will directly impact the lives of those you serve.
