Care Professional or PCA

Care Professional Job Summary:

At Home Helpers of the Northern Shenandoah Valley, we're seeking a compassionate Care Professional to join our team of dedicated caregivers. As a Care Professional, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of seniors and individuals in need throughout Winchester, VA. Our Care Partners provide vital assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and emotional support, helping our clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, household tasks, and meal preparation Provide transportation and errands to appointments, shopping, and social outings Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' day-to-day lives Follow a care plan tailored to each client to ensure consistent, quality support Maintain respectful, professional communication with families and our care team

Requirements:

A valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance A clean driving record and your own vehicle to get to and from work Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but we provide full training Access to email and a mobile device for communication with data plan A commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care standards, willingness to learn, dependable and reliable

$15 - $17 HOURLY plus differential for weekends
