Caregiver -Dementia Whisperer

Job Summary We are seeking skilled providers of dementia care and personal care for a female client in Hinesberg, VT. Responsibilities Provide dementia care to a single client Provide personal care to a single client Toileting (commode) Bed Bath Incontinence care Med reminders Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support. Ensure a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols. Maintain open communication with family members regarding patient progress and any concerns. Skills Proficiency in memory care techniques Reliability and good coworker communications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering trust and rapport with patients and families. A compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with dementia.
