Job Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver Home Health Aide , you will provide in-home care services following a plan of care developed by a registered nurse, including: + Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care) + Activities of daily living (ADLs) + Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making + Meal preparation and feeding assistance + Range of motion exercises + Assistance with ambulation and transfers (including mechanical lifts) + Medication reminders + Companionship and emotional support

Qualifications:

+ Must be 18 years or older + Reliable transportation to travel to client homes + Compassionate, dependable, and patient + Ability to follow a care plan and work independently + Previous caregiver, HHA, PCA, CNA, or healthcare experience is a plus-but not required
