Care Attendant - Assisted Living (PRN / On Call) Greencroft Middlebury Looking for a flexible role where you can make a meaningful impact? Schedule:

PRN / On-Call - Shifts may include days, evenings, nights and weekends based on coverage needs

What You'll Do:

Provide support and assistance to residents, including those with dementia Help with daily routines such as meals, mobility, and personal care Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Respond to resident needs and call systems as needed Create a positive, respectful experience for residents and guests

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with older adults preferred Caregiving experience (personal or professional) is a plus Flexible and dependable with the ability to pick up shifts as needed Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently This role is a great fit for someone who values flexibility and enjoys staying active while making a difference in the lives of others.
