Full-time, part-time, and per diem available. Weekends are a priority Job Description BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Caregivers Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. No prior experience is required-we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual. Responsibilities + Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) + Support activities of daily living (ADLs) + Perform light housekeeping and laundry + Prepare meals and assist with feeding + Provide mobility assistance and transfers + Offer medication reminders + Assist with range-of-motion exercises + Provide companionship and emotional support Qualifications + Must be at least 18 years old + Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others + Ability to travel to client homes as assigned + Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Benefits + Competitive pay: $25hour + mileage reimbursement + Additional $2hour for holiday shifts + $500 referral bonus + Paid vacation and sick time + Flexible scheduling + Assignments close to home + Direct deposit + PPE provided + 247 clinical and on-call support Why Work with BAYADA?
