Resident Care Supervisor for Assisted Living

Village Concepts of Chehalis, Woodland Village is searching for a dedicated Resident Care Supervisor with strong leadership skills, a true passion for and understanding of senior care, and the ability to motivate your team to provide exceptional service. The position provides support and assistance to the Resident Care Director with the coordination of the overall operations of the wellness department including scheduling, coordinating associated day to day wellness activities of the department, communicating with residents and their families, etc. The position may require routine Care / Med Tech assignments with the associated daily tasks

Position Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years in certified (CNA or HCA) Caregiver / Med Tech Role Exemplary internal and external communicator, both verbally and in writing Gets along well with others, does not show favoritism, no gossip, and is able get along well with a diverse group of people Exercise Good Judgement at all times Embraces Village Concepts policies and procedures Motivator of People Certified & highly proficient in care and medication tasks Highly Organized with Exemplary time-management skills Able to multitask and remain fluid to respond to operations Relentless commitment to pursuing excellence in Wellness Operation Willingness to fill in on floor as needed Creative application to scheduling Creates loyalty amongst team Here's what's we offer:

Pay:

$26 to $32hr

DOE Schedule:
