  • , you will play a vital role in supporting the daily needs of our clients, including personal care, medication management, and light housekeeping. Your warm and caring demeanor will help create a sense of comfort and security for our clients, allowing them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, focusing on personal care, medication management, and daily living activities
  • Assist clients with mobility issues, transferring, and ambulating
  • Encourage and support clients' independence, dignity, and autonomy
  • Maintain accurate records of client care, including medication administration and vital signs
  • Collaborate with other caregivers, nurses, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
