We are looking for the best people to become an Angel with us and provide the best care for our clients and families. We need people who are reliable, skilled, respectful, and professional. This is a very rewarding job that provides one on one support to individuals who need care in the comfort of their home.

Required:

• Must have an active HCA or CNA license.
• Must have personal vehicle or reliable transportation to get to and from client homes throughout Snohomish County.
• Must have excellent communication and comprehension skills.
• Must be able to work with clients who have pets.

Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, safety and supervision, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts. Follow client care plans, document care notes, and report change of condition to office. Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Support clients with specialized needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's, autism, or developmental disabilities. Experience Prior experience in home care, home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings. Demonstrated knowledge of skills necessary to provide excellent care. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or neurodegenerative conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Familiarity with safety and infection control procedures. Hands-on experience with patient care tasks such as lifting (heavy lifting), using Hoyer lifts, and assisting with mobility devices like wheelchairs. Background in long-term care or hospice environments that emphasizes compassionate support. Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication skills to coordinate care effectively.
