We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time positions to join our core team. Please note that PRN shifts are not available at this time.

Rates are based on your experience and specific certification level. What You'll Be Doing As a Caregiver, your primary mission is to ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected.

Your daily routine will include:

Personalized Care:

Assisting with "Activities of Daily Living" (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Compassionate Connection:

Engaging in conversation, activities, or simply being a steady, friendly presence.

Daily Support:

Assisting with light housekeeping, meal service, and medication reminders.

Observation:

Keeping a watchful eye on residents' health and reporting any changes to the management team. Who We're Looking For We are looking for professionals who take pride in their license and their work. To be considered, you should meet the following:

Licensure:

Must hold a valid Washington State NAR (Nursing Assistant Registered), HCA (Home Care Aide), or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) credential.

Compliance:

Current CPR/First Aid card and Food Handler's permit (or ability to obtain within 30 days).

Reliability:
