  • Part-time, Full-time Calvera Private Care and Wellness LLC Port Angeles / Sequim Area | Part-Time & As-Needed Initially | Flexible Scheduling Calvera Private Care and Wellness is a locally owned, non-medical home care agency serving older adults in Clallam County.
We are currently building our caregiver team as we prepare to accept new client cases throughout Clallam County. Ideal candidates are flexible, dependable, and interested in growing with a locally owned RN-led agency. We serve older adults who may be lonely, overwhelmed, recovering from illness, or needing extra support to safely remain at home. Small things matter. We are looking for caregivers who are emotionally mature, reliable, kind, observant, and proactive.
Responsibilities Caregiver responsibilities may include:
Companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping Meal preparation Medication reminders Transportation and errands Appointment accompaniment Mobility and walking assistance Support with daily routines Observation and reporting of concerns or changes Providing a calm, respectful presence in the client's home Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: CNA, HCA, or caregiving experience preferred Compassionate and patient personality Strong communication skills Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to work independently in clients' homes Professional boundaries and good judgment Comfort working with older adults experiencing cognitive or physical decline Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Requirements Must pass Washington State background check Current CNA or HCA credential Must be legally authorized to work in the United States What We Offer RN-owned and operated leadership Flexible scheduling opportunities as client needs arise Paid orientation Paid training Opportunity to grow with a new local agency Meaningful one-on-one client relationships Supportive and professional work environment Schedule Part-time and as-needed opportunities initially Potential for growth as the agency expands Weekday, evening, and weekend availability may become available based on client needs
