• Port Ludlow, WA Olympic Peninsula Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers for a specific female client in Port Ludlow, WA .

This client has requested female caregivers for personal care support . We are looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who are comfortable providing personal care, following a task list, preparing healthy meals, assisting with light housekeeping, and providing transportation to grocery stores and doctor appointments. Available Positions Thursday through Sunday 9:00 AM

• 7:00 PM 40 hours per week 4 ten-hour shifts per week

Pay & Benefits Pay:

$21 per hour Benefits include: Paid drive time between shifts Weekly direct deposit Flexible schedules Overtime available when approved Paid, hands-on training by shadowing experienced caregivers HCA initial and annual credential fees paid by the agency Paid CEUs $200 referral bonus program 40 hours of PTO after the 90-day probationary period Some benefits are subject to a 90-day probationary period. Client Care Needs This client is mobile with a walker, uses oxygen, and needs standby assistance with showers.

Care needs include:

Healthy meal preparation Light housekeeping Following a daily task list Transportation to grocery stores and doctor appointments Assistance with prescribed PT exercises Standby assistance with showers Mobility support as needed Medication reminders Companionship and respectful support Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and meal preparation Provide light housekeeping and help maintain a clean, safe environment Provide transportation for errands and appointments when needed Follow the client's care plan and daily task list Monitor and report changes in the client's condition Follow agency policies and procedures Provide care in a professional, kind, and respectful manner Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred Must be willing to provide personal care Must be willing to complete a 75-hour online HCA course and pass the state exam, or have a current HCA or NAC credential Reliable transportation Valid Washington driver's license Auto insurance in your name Must meet agency liability standards At least 18 years of age Able to pass a nationwide criminal background check, fingerprint check, and other pre-employment checks Eligible to work in the USA Positive, patient, and dependable Professional and passionate about working with seniors Able to build trustworthy relationships with clients Able to handle the physical workload of caregiving About Us Olympic Peninsula Home Care is a licensed, locally owned and operated home care agency serving Clallam and Jefferson Counties.
