Schedule Monday-Friday Full-time position Pay & Benefits $30-$32 per hour Weekly pay 80 hours PTO 401(k) Medical insurance Paid holidays Responsibilities Interview caregiver candidates referred through Carework Lead orientations and assist with onboarding Support recruiting and caregiver engagement efforts Maintain a positive and professional experience for all applicants What we are looking for: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in interviewing, onboarding, or recruiting preferred Compassionate and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized Professional attitude with strong attention to detail Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently Passion for helping caregivers succeed and supporting quality senior care Wellsky experience preferred Home care recruiting preferred Some college education is preferred Join a team that values compassion, professionalism, and making a difference in the community every day.
