This role is a good fit for caregivers who enjoy consistent work, clear routines, client engagement, and providing dependable support in a home setting. The client needs assistance with meal preparation, activities of daily living, engagement, outdoor activities, walks, communication, and regular reporting to the office. Church attendance on Sundays is an important part of this client's routine, so the caregiver working the Friday through Sunday schedule must be able to support church attendance. A caregiver who is able to drive is preferred. Schedule This is a specific ongoing client assignment. We are hiring two caregivers, one for each live in schedule.
Required availability:
Wednesday through Friday Friday through Sunday Applicants must be available for one of the listed schedules. Shift times are based on client care needs and must be worked as assigned. Location The client is located in Puyallup, WA. Applicants should review the location before applying and make sure they are able to reliably commute to and from the client's home for each scheduled live in shift. Reliable transportation, punctuality, and consistent attendance are required. Care Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living Support bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene care as needed Prepare meals and support daily routines Provide companionship and meaningful client engagement Support outdoor activities, walks, and appropriate community involvement Support church attendance on Sundays as part of the client's routine Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention as appropriate Complete light housekeeping related to the client's care Follow the care plan and document care notes accurately Communicate client updates, concerns, and schedule needs to the office promptly Report changes in condition, concerns, or important updates in a timely and professional manner Ideal Caregiver We are looking for a caregiver who is: Reliable and consistent with attendance Professional and respectful in the client's home Comfortable with live in care Comfortable supporting daily routines and activities of daily living Patient, calm, and emotionally steady Engaging and able to encourage appropriate activities, walks, and outdoor time Attentive to client safety, dignity, and preferences Strong with communication and documentation Able to report changes or concerns promptly Comfortable supporting church attendance on Sundays Able to drive or support transportation needs, preferred Committed to providing dependable, high quality care Pay and Benefits $290 daily live in rate Holiday pay for company recognized holidays, when applicable Health insurance available for caregivers who consistently work 35 or more hours per week Ongoing client assignment when available Support from a responsive office team Requirements Active Washington HCA, CNA, or NAC credential Current TB test or screening Current CPR certification Current Food Worker Card Valid government issued photo ID Reliable transportation to and from shifts Reliable phone access for work related communication Ability to complete onboarding documents if selected Availability for one of the listed live in schedules Ability to follow the care plan and communicate updates professionally Apply today.
