- Perform patient observation and provide necessary assistance
- Administer vital signs monitoring and record data accurately
- Assist with heavy lifting and mobility support as required
- Provide specialized dementia care and emotional support
- Conduct patient care activities following established protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for the individual Requirements
- Proficient in patient observation techniques
- Experience in long-term care and dementia care is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
