Part-Time Family / Household Assistant Home Team Hires Seattle, WA Job Details Part-time $25,000 - $35,000 a year 10 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work Property maintenance Driver's License Working with children Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description Seeking a reliable, self-motivated Part-Time Home Manager to support a busy household that includes a parent with health complications and a 5-year-old child. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a wide range of household responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities General house cleaning and upkeep (dishes, laundry, tidying, organizing) Decluttering and organizing household items (clothes, toys, and miscellaneous items) Grocery shopping and household errands Maintaining household supplies and ensuring smooth daily operations Light outdoor and landscape maintenance Hot tub maintenance (training can be provided if needed) Childcare (once a week on Tuesday as needed and every other Saturday, full day) _ _ Required Qualifications Highly self-directed and motivated with strong organizational skills Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a home with a young child and a parent with a disability Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in household management, cleaning, or similar roles Experience with childcare Basic knowledge of home or yard maintenance (or willingness to learn)
