Candidates with a CNA or Home Care Aide certification are strongly encouraged to apply; though we welcome those willing to pursue credentialing as well. What You'll Do Help clients with daily personal care routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support safe movement and transfers throughout the home. Follow established care plans and assist with medication as directed. Encourage social engagement and activities that nurture emotional and mental wellness. Keep the client's living space clean, organized, and hazard-free. Work alongside family members and healthcare professionals to deliver well-rounded, consistent care. Assist with meal planning, preparation, and meeting clients' nutritional needs. What We're Looking For At least one year of experience in a caregiving or related field (preferred). Clear and compassionate communication skills. Ability to work independently and use sound judgment. A genuine commitment to treating every client with kindness, patience, and respect.
