Job Description
Schedule Monday - Friday7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Position Overview Evergreen Comfort Adult Family Home is seeking a dependable and compassionate caregiver to join our team. We provide personalized care in a small, home-like environment and are looking for someone who is committed to enhancing the quality of life of our residents. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Mobility assistance Assist with medication administration and documentation Prepare and serve meals and snacks Monitor residents' health and report any changes in condition Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and laundry Complete required documentation and care records Follow resident care plans and state regulations Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Requirements Active HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license in Washington State Current CPR & First Aid Certification Current Washington State Food Handler's Permit Ability to pass a DSHS background check Reliable, professional, and compassionate attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience working in an Adult Family Home, Assisted Living, Nursing Home, or Home Care setting preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with dementia and memory care Medication administration experience Nurse delegation experience Benefits Monday-Friday schedule Supportive work environment Small resident-to-staff ratio Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives
