What We Offer Reliable scheduling and consistent client assignments Paid training and opportunities to grow your career Supportive supervisors who know you personally and are available when you need them PTO, mileage reimbursement, and employee recognition programs A team culture built on respect, communication, and appreciation What You'll Do As a Home Care Aide, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers, and mobility Helping maintain a clean and safe home environment through light housekeeping and laundry Providing medication reminders and observing changes in a client's condition Offering companionship, conversation, and encouragement throughout the day Documenting care provided and communicating important updates to the care team What We're Looking For Completion of a Home Care Aide (HCA) program or equivalent training and willing to obtain at least an HCA At least one year of caregiving, home health, hospice, or facility experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days Strong communication skills and comfort using electronic care notes Dependability, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others Why This Work Matters For many of our clients, you're more than a caregiver.
