Lead Caregiver Boutique Adult Family Home | Tacoma, WA (Near 6th Ave) We're looking for an experienced and knowledgeable CNA to join our Adult Family Home. This is an opportunity to work in a calm, boutique-style setting. If you want to build meaningful relationships with residents while growing professionally, we'd love to meet you. Why Work Here Boutique-style Adult Family Home with 6 residents Calm, manageable workload — residents are independent up to 1-person assist Supportive, respectful, team-oriented culture Opportunity for growth and management experience Work closely with ownership Meaningful relationships with residents and families Stable, professional work environment where quality care comes first Your Role As part of our lead caregiving team, you'll help create a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for our residents while working directly with the owner on both resident care and household operations.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Providing safe 1-person assist transfers Medication assistance and observation reporting Monitoring and documenting vitals, weights, and changes in condition Supporting household operations Preparing simple, nutritious meals Light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship to residents Train new staff and support ongoing training We're seeking caregivers who are: Reliable and dependable Flexible schedule Compassionate, patient, and respectful Positive and team-oriented Professional with strong communication skills Attentive to both emotional and physical resident needs Interested in growing professionally and taking on leadership responsibilities Requirements Active Washington State CNA license Completed Orientation & Safety Current Mental Health certificate Current Dementia certificate Current First Aid/CPR certification Current Food Handler's Card Stable work history Please submit a detailed resume that includes: Work history License type Certifications with expiration/renewal dates We're not a large facility; our focus is simple: Supporting caregivers so they can succeed Providing exceptional, personalized resident care Maintaining a respectful, positive workplace If you're looking for a lead caregiving position where your work is appreciated and your contributions matter, we encourage you to apply.
