Compassus Position Summary:

As a Hospice Aide, your focus will be on helping patients with daily activities and providing personal care. AI-supported tools allow you to document key patient details efficiently, giving you more time to deliver compassionate, hands-on care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor basic health needs. Leverage documentation tools to track care provided and report patient conditions. Build trust with patients by maintaining focus on their needs. Education and/or Experience Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred. In states where licensure is not required, applicants must meet one of the following: They are already a licensed/certified aide; or They have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program AND have been continuously employed in that capacity for the previous 24 months Compensation range: $21.10 - $29.08 The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities Compassus offers a comprehensive benefits package including, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and much more . #LI-GL1
