Responsibilities Provide attentive care for elderly ensuring their safety, comfort, and engagement throughout the day Support elderly by implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social skills Assist daily routines such as feeding, bathing, Apply first aid and emergency response procedures confidently when necessary to ensure safety Collaborate with families or team members to develop personalized care plans tailored to individual needs Use behavior management strategies to encourage positive behavior and emotional regulation Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards in caregiving settings Experience Prior experience working with elders , people with disabilities Classroom experience or caregiving education background is highly valued Demonstrated knowledge of principles and age-specific needs Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification required Experience in teaching or caregiving roles that involve behavior management and nurturing techniques Join us as a Caregiver and be part of a team dedicated to enriching lives through compassionate care!
