Job Description

Do you have a desire to make a difference and do something meaningful every day? If so, a Resident Assistant position at Starlight Senior Living may be a perfect fit for you! Starlight is seeking caring and dependable people to join our team; Full time NOC positions available and part time positions on our AM and PM shifts available. As a community of caregivers, we are here to enrich the well- being and spirit of our residents.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist residents in showering, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs Administer medications to residents Monitor residents for change in condition and respond to emergencies Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks Answer call lights and respond to emergencies Promote teamwork and demonstrate a positive attitude
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent attendance Desire to work with seniors CBRF certificates preferred
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
On duty meal periods Flexible scheduling - 4 or 8 hour shifts available Vision, dental, disability and life insurance
