Caregiver - FT PM Shift

Shift Differentials 401(k) Match Paid Vacation Time and Sick Time Paid Floating Holidays Free meal to all employees per 8 hour shift DailyPay Caregiver Responsibilitie s : Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence. Provide residents with both physical and emotional support. Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager. Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate. Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

Caregiver Qualifications :

WI CBRF Certification (Preferred) Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred) Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred) Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests.

Hours :

Evening Shift:

2:00pm-10:00pm

FULL TIME

(32 hours/week) with pick up opportunities 2pm
