In Home Caregiver

Job Summary Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver, where you will play a vital role in providing personalized, high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. As an In Home Caregiver, you will deliver attentive, respectful, and professional assistance tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a comfortable and nurturing environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and dignity. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental and emotional well-being. Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living space. Observe and report any changes in the client's health or behavior to family members or healthcare providers promptly. Follow care plans meticulously while adhering to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for clients. Support clients during outings or appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times. Requirements Prior experience in home care or related settings is preferred; experience in various care settings. Knowledge of geriatrics, and special needs individuals. Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care instructions accurately. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility safely. Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred; willingness to obtain necessary training if not already certified.
