Job Description

We're looking for Lead Caregivers to support new and existing clients and help grow our business. You'll train and support caregivers, start new clients, assist with supervisory visits, and be a key member of the care team.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday + every other weekend, willing to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care (bathing, feeding, toileting, medication reminders, ambulation, etc.) Follow care plans and ensure client safety Train and support new/existing caregivers Complete care notes and communicate with Care Manager Attend team meetings and trainings Help improve operations and participate in the care team Maintain professionalism and HIPAA compliance
