We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Are you looking for a chance to brighten the life of another in your spare time? A loving family in Darlington is looking for an as-needed respite provider for a woman with special needs. Experience with Alzheimer's Disease a plus, but most importantly, someone who possesses a big heart.

$16.32 per hourSchedule :
This would be an as-needed position, and the schedule would be determined between the provider and the family, and may become permanent based on the individual's needs.Responsibilities:
- Attending to Activities of Daily Living o Bathing o Toileting o Dressing o Grooming o Meal Prep o Medication Administration
- Transportation to and from outings and appointments
Ensuring Safety and Comfort Qualifications:
- Age 18 or older at start of employment
- Experience working with adults with Down's Syndrome and Alzheimer's is a plus
