Engage in a positive, dynamic, trauma informed learning environment that places a priority on building trust with all clients and collaborating with others Provide transportation to client as required by program goals and personal plan Develop activities and role model strategies that contribute to progress towards goals Empathize with clients' situations effectively and help them work through difficulties by learning and applying the foundational skills of Motivational Interviewing Understand client needs and issues | give and receive feedback
