Synergy HomeCare of Walworth County is seeking Caregivers to provide in-home care for our clients in Walworth County. Experienced caregivers, those starting a new career, and anyone who has a desire to help others are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities:
Providing Personal Care:
Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Assisting withMobility:
Helping clients move safely around their homes, including transferring from beds, wheelchairs, or vehicles.Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
Planning and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences.Light Housekeeping:
Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including tasks like laundry, cleaning, and organizing.Companionship and Emotional Support:
Providing a stable and supportive presence, engaging clients in activities, and fostering social interaction.Transportation:
Driving clients to appointments, errands, or social activities.Observing and Reporting:
Monitoring changes in clients' physical or mental health and reporting promptly to office staff.Requirements:
Valid Driver's License Reliable Vehicle Pass National Background Check Must be reliable and trustworthy. Have a genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of our clientsPerks & Benefits:
