Job description: Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to clients in their own homes. Potential client:

16-year-old girl. She struggles with depression and would benefit from an active positive mentor/role model in her life. About 10 hours per week.

Schedule During the school year:

evenings and/or weekends Summertime/breaks from school: daytime hours available! Duties Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans Monitor and report on clients' health status, noting any changes or concerns Support nutritional needs by preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to safety protocols Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery Document care activities accurately in accordance with agency policies Offer emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being Requirements Prior experience in healthcare settings Ability to work independently within the home environment while maintaining professional standards Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred for client visits Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care Ability to follow detailed care plans and communicate effectively with clients and healthcare teams Must be able to pass background checks and meet any applicable licensing or certification requirements This role offers an enriching opportunity for caregivers passionate about delivering high-quality home-based healthcare services.
