Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Direct Care Workers to join our team. As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence. Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care
  • Foster a supportive and caring atmosphere for individuals to promote their emotional well-being
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 or older)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
