Full Time Second Shift!!!

Full-Time Caregiver - Second Shift Provides compassionate, resident-centered care to elderly individuals in an assisted living or long-term care facility during afternoon and evening hours. Assists residents with activities of daily living, promotes their comfort and safety, and supports their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Works closely with nursing staff and other team members to ensure residents receive quality care in a respectful and dignified environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed. Assist with meal service and monitor food and fluid intake. Provide companionship and emotional support. Observe and report changes in residents' condition, behavior, or needs. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents. Respond promptly to resident requests and emergencies.

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassion, patience, and respect for elderly residents. Ability to assist with physical tasks related to resident care.

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
