Personal Care Worker (PCW)

Part-time day and PM shifts available with flexible scheduling Job Summary Personal Care Workers provide non-medical, in-home care to elderly and/or disabled clients. This includes assisting with daily living activities, companionship, and helping clients remain safe and independent in their homes. Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Assist with mobility and safe transfers Provide medication reminders and monitor supplies Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Run errands such as grocery shopping Follow care plans and complete required documentation Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred but not required Must complete a background check Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance Reliable phone and email access Compassionate, dependable, and punctual Benefits Flexible schedule Supportive team environment Paid training provided Opportunity for growth About Us Christian Servants Home Care was founded by caregivers with a mission to improve the home care industry.
