What You'll Do As a Day Services Aide, you will: Provide compassionate care and support to individuals during daily activities Build meaningful relationships through companionship and encouragement Assist with personal care tasks including feeding, toileting, and mobility support Help individuals participate in engaging activities that improve quality of life Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Support medication administration and healthcare plans Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Communicate with families, team members, and healthcare professionals Encourage independence, confidence, and community involvement What We're Looking For You'd be a great fit if you are: Compassionate and patient Reliable and dependable Comfortable helping others with physical needs A strong communicator and team player Passionate about helping people live their best lives Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred, but not required CNA certification is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to safely lift and transfer individuals as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, lift, and assist individuals throughout the day Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Benefits Competitive hourly pay Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees Paid training and professional development opportunities Supportive team environment Meaningful work that makes a real difference every day Join a Team That Cares If you are looking for a rewarding career where compassion, connection, and purpose matter, we would love to meet you.
