Job Duties and Responsibilities:

CBRF Certified Provide physical, emotional and environmental support to residents Assist Residents with all Active Daily Living needs according to their care plan, including personal hygiene procedures Take and Record vitals of residents such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, blood sugar, etc. Perform activities with residents Administer and record medications Document in ECP Follow care instructions from Nursing Team and other affiliated care providers of the residents Seek assistance from Nursing and Management Team Provide homemaking services for residents Follow company policies and procedures Complete and maintain education required under DHS for CBRF training All other duties as requested or assigned
