  • Part-time, Full-time, PRN Overview Join our dedicated team as a Certified Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring compassionate, professional support.
In this vital role, you will provide personalized care to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those in assisted living or long-term care settings. Your energy and empathy will help promote independence, comfort, and dignity for residents across a variety of environments including nursing homes, retirement communities, group homes, and home care settings. We are committed to empowering our caregivers with the tools and training needed to excel in this rewarding career. We are looking for full and part time caregivers available to work mornings, nights and weekends. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive personal care including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor residents' vital signs and health status regularly, accurately documenting changes and communicating with healthcare teams as needed Administer medications following prescribed protocols while maintaining detailed records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems Support residents with memory care needs related to Alzheimer's disease and dementia through behavior management techniques and engaging activities Assist with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met while maintaining a clean and safe environment through routine cleaning task Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans that respect each resident's preferences and needs Qualifications Valid certification as a caregiver Experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments preferred Knowledge of first aid procedures and emergency response protocols Familiarity with Alzheimer's care, dementia management, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities in general Ability to accurately measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration Prior experience with medication administration and long-term care practices highly desirable Strong communication skills paired with compassionate caregiving attitude; ability to work independently or as part of a team Join us if you're passionate about providing exceptional senior care and supporting individuals through their daily routines.
