Your role is essential in fostering a safe, respectful, and enriching environment within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum one year of experience in a CBRF setting preferred Completion of required CBRF certifications: Standard Precautions Fire Safety First Aid Medication Administration Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills using tact, diplomacy, and discretion Ability to read and comprehend written documentation and instructions Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing Ability to safely perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations Willingness to participate in a CNA training program within 6 months of hire (CNA preferred but not required)
