We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Are you a Caregiver looking to make a difference in the Mineral Point area? Are you looking to help make daily life easier, safer, and more enjoyable? This may be the position for you!

Hours Available:

10:00 AM

• 1:00 PM 4 days per week (Monday
• Thursday) 3-hour shifts
• $16.

32/hr

Services Include:

Housekeeping Laundry Bathing Assistance Toileting Dressing Grooming Transfers & Repositioning Meal Prep Grocery Shopping Errands

Transportation & Outings Caregiver Qualities:
