2 full time PM shifts! These are 2p-10p on a set schedule which includes every other weekend. About Us The Homeplace is an Assisted Living that offers RCAC and CBRF options in our Mondovi location. Our caregiver teams focus on enriching the lives of tenants and residents by providing personalized care that supports independence and well-being. Summary As a Resident Care Assistant, you will be integral in providing compassionate care and support to residents in an assisted living environment. Responsibilities Assist residents/tenants with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide compassionate support in memory care and ensure residents' rights are upheld. Maintain a clean and safe living space for residents, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
