Job Description
In-Home Caregiver Greenco Industries | Monroe, WI Greenco Industries is seeking a compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregiver to provide high-quality support to individuals in a home-based setting in Monroe, Wisconsin. This role focuses on helping clients maintain dignity, comfort, and independence through daily living support, companionship, and a safe, respectful environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
- Prepare meals and snacks according to client needs and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support while encouraging independence.
- Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and tidying client living areas.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor.
- Support medication routines as permitted by company policy and training.
- Assist with transportation or accompaniment to appointments, errands, or community activities when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous caregiving, home care, direct support, or personal care experience preferred but not required. We will train you in the home you work at.
- Ability to communicate clearly, follow care instructions, and work independently.
- Ability to pass required caregiver background screening in accordance with Wisconsin caregiver regulations.
- Must be dependable, compassionate, respectful, and committed to client confidentiality and safety.
- Ability to lift, move, or assist clients as needed within safe working guidelines.
