Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, including experience in assisted living, nursing homes, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities as well as behavioral clients. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage care plans effectively while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all residents. Responsibilities Supervise staff and coordinate daily activities to ensure high-quality care for residents. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with health regulations. Manage operations within the facility, including budgeting and resource allocation. Foster a supportive environment for residents, promoting their dignity and independence. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, and families to enhance resident care. Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized environment. Skills Extensive experience in assisted living or nursing home settings. Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory care practices. Strong management skills with a focus on leadership and team supervision. Familiarity with long-term care experience and operations management principles. Financial acumen for effective budgeting and resource management. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff. Compassionate approach to working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience in home & community care or group home settings is preferred.
