CBRF Caregiver Open Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 3.5 days per week | Every other weekend required High Point Residence Port Washington is seeking a compassionate and dependable CBRF Caregiver to join our team. This role is an important part of supporting our residents' daily care, comfort, safety, and overall well-being. About the Role As a CBRF Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to residents while helping maintain a warm, safe, and respectful environment. You will work closely with the care team to follow individualized care plans and ensure residents receive the support they need each day. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Administer medications and treatments as directed and within CBRF guidelines Monitor and document changes in residents' health, behavior, and daily needs Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's with patience and compassion Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid CBRF certification required Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals preferred Experience in a CBRF or senior living setting preferred Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude Why Join High Point Residence Port Washington?
