Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team for the 2-10PM shift. In this vital role, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with diverse needs, promoting their independence, safety, and well-being. Your energetic approach will help create a warm, engaging environment where residents feel valued and cared for. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve, fostering a sense of community and trust. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols Support residents with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping and sanitation duties Engage residents in social activities and provide emotional support to promote mental well-being Requirements Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and behavior management techniques Ability to assist with ADLs and operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities in general is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and residents' families Join us if you're passionate about providing exceptional senior care and making a positive impact every day! Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
