As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in diverse setting. Your energy, empathy, and attention to detail will help enhance the quality of life for those you serve. Duties Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Support medication administration and help implement personalized care plans developed by healthcare professionals Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and proper sanitation practices Provide companionship and emotional support to residents or clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, autism, or developmental disabilities Document care activities thoroughly and communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care Requirements Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home settings or working with people with disabilities or developmental challenges Knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, and basic nursing skills such as CPR and first aid certification Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, residents, families, and healthcare professionals Compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to safety and patient well-being
Pay:
$23,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
