Must coordinate the actions of all departments and ensure they function as one. •
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND OWN YOUR VEHICLE
Responsibilities and Duties As part of their typical duties, these professionals may: Act as a liaison among supervisor, and medical staff Enforce policies and procedures of the assisted living facility Use interpersonal skills and effective communication skills Organize, direct, control and coordinate medical and health services in relation to policies set by company and resident needs Assist in the education, training and support new care givers /staff Document employee disciplinary procedures, audit client files, and records Accompany residents to appointments, outings & assist with ADLS Screen potential candidates and conduct interviews These professionals may work flexible hours at times, may be required to cover staff shortages on more than one shift, and travel may be required. Must posses strong organizational skills. Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle. Qualifications and Skills A minimum of two years of caregiver and or healthcare experience preferred; previous leadership experience preferred- CBRF Certifications preferred
