About Meadow View Assisted Living:
Meadow View Assisted Living is a privately-owned 15 bed senior living community currently led by a dedicated young registered nurse. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to our residents while fostering an environment of independence and well-being. Position Overview:
Meadow View Assisted Living, under the ownership and management of a compassionate young registered nurse, is seeking dedicated and empathetic caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing daily care, support, and companionship to our residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), promote their independence, and create a warm and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care tasks. Administer medications as per physician's instructions and maintain accurate records. Provide assistance with mobility, transferring, and ambulation. Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed. Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere by interacting with residents and participating in recreational activities. Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the appropriate staff. Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
