In-home personal care worker

Hello! I am a disabled woman living in the Shawano Community. I am urgently seeking a caregiver or two or three to help me cover my care hours. All care will take place in my home, and I am looking for assistance with a variety of tasks, ranging from personal care to general housekeeping tasks. I can be flexible with my care hours. Please reach out with any availability you have! Below are the hours that I am hoping to cover. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 1:30-4:30 pm Sunday 2:30-4:30 pm Saturday and Sunday 9 am-10 am Daily (Sunday-Saturday) 8:15 pm-9:15 pm I am open to exploring an increase in the wage after the training period. The wage starts at $17.00/hour. Below is a small example of my care needs: Assist with transfers using an Easy Trak system (ceiling suspended hoyer lift) Support with toileting and mobility Provide daily hygiene and body positioning assistance Help with range of motion (ROM) exercises Light Housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming Allergy alert: I have 2 cats and a bird in my home. •I am enrolled in a self-directed program through Medicaid. This program allows me to hire my own staff; I am the employer of record. However, for payroll, I use a 3rd party called a fiscal agent (Payroll department) to handle all the financial parts of being an employer.
