Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance in their daily lives. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety. Caregivers will travel to and work at the clients homes. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. Implement and follow individualized care tailored to each client's needs. Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are upheld at all times. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Report changes in clients' health or behavior to management. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by cleaning and upkeep of their homes. Support clients with transportation for errands or community involvement. Help with med reminders if needed. Skills Familiarity with in home care plans and ability to implement them effectively. Experience in home community care or home care settings is preferred. Understanding of hospice care principles is a plus. Ability to work with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for clients when necessary. Certification in CPR is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
